I am writing to inform you that Sedgemoor District Council has submitted the Sedgemoor Proposed Submission Local Plan to the Planning Inspectorate for examination.

The Council submitted the Local Plan along with a range of supporting and evidence based documentation on the 1st August 2017. This included copies of representations that were received during the previous public consultation on the Proposed Submission Local Plan.

The Planning Inspectorate has appointed Mr Andrew Seaman BA (Hons) MA MRTPI as the independent inspector.
