Subject: CHANGES TO THE NHS PODIATRY SERVICE IN SOMERSET The Podiatry service in Somerset needs to change in order to make sure we have enough specialist staff to look after our patients. We are planning to reduce the number of sites where we provide a podiatry service from 20 to 13. This may mean that some patients will need to travel further for their podiatry appointments.
