This is the submission of the views of Westonzoyland Parish Council following detailed consideration of both applications. Following examination of the information submitted with both applications and review of correspondence received both for and against the applications including knowledge that a petition against has been submitted to the planning authority it is the decision of the Parish Council to raise NO OBJECTION and to support the proposals with grant of consent.
The Parish Council do, however, request that the views of the Rights of Way team on possible impact on PROW BW 36/3 are taken and issues of possible obstructions examined.
It is understood that letters received for and against have also been sent to the Planning Authority. There is some uncertainty in case of two letters which are enclosed.
