The next in this year’s series of Somerset Prepared Roadshow’s is coming up next Monday, 9 September 2024, starting at 10:30am at Mark Village Hall-TA9 4NY. These roadshows are for existing flood wardens, or anyone interested in becoming one. There are further details on the attached poster. We hope you will be able to join us.
Each event will offer Flood Warden support and guidance in the morning, 10.30am-12.30pm, followed by an afternoon of community resilience support from 1-3pm. There will be both 1:1 sessions and workshops from Somerset River’s Authority, Somerset Council, the Environment Agency and EVAG.
