Should you or one of your Councillors wish to register to speak on an application, please contact Democratic Services no later than Midday Monday 27 March 2023 with the application, the name of the speaker and their contact email for that day or confirm if they wish to attend the meeting at the Canalside, we are also requesting that a copy of the 3 minute speech if joining via Teams be provided by that deadline in case of any technical issues that occur on the day.
If anyone else wishes to attend the meeting, then they will also need to register with Democratic Services with their name and a contact number or email so that they can invited to join the meeting on the day.
