Dermatology Services Review Survey

Posted on 15th November, 2023 in News

The Somerset Dermatology service is currently undergoing major changes to ensure that patients across Somerset receive the highest quality care in a modern, accessible, integrated service. To make sure that this is done in a way which best meets the needs of patients and the public, we would like the Somerset population to be involved in the planning and development of the service. The following questions are designed to gather your feedback on Dermatology care in Somerset. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to complete this survey.

Please note- the survey refers to Dermatological conditions. Dermatological conditions are conditions of the skin, hair and nails- for example skin cancer, eczema, psoriasis, acne and alopecia.

We are really keen to hear from as many of the Somerset population as possible so if you could find the time to spare to complete the survey it would be much appreciated. The closing date is Monday 20 November at 5pm.

A workshop session for those who have experienced, or may be at risk of experiencing barriers to accessing the Dermatology Service. If you are interested in providing more detailed input into the Somerset Dermatology Service please provide an email address to enable us to contact you or complete the survey and provide your email address where indicated.
